Sam Othman serves as a Senior advisor, Broker associate with Prudential California Realty specializing in the sales of Homes, REOs, Land, Retail and Multifamily property in California’s Inland Empire.

Sam and his wife Eliza have been servicing the area since 1985. The Othmans have extensive years of experience in al aspect of real estate; the Othmans have closed transaction at more than 195 million.

Sam Othman have experience in the financial services where he served for over 7 years as a Registered Representative with WMA/Agon USA, a financial services company where he built a brokerage team and managed the Riverside, CA office.

At Realty Executives, Sam enjoyed three years as one of the top agents and earned the 100 Percent Pro Award for being the top performing agent. It was there he started a property management division and an REO Servicing department for the company.

Sam was also an agent at Sexton Realty, a commercial brokerage company. With land sales totaling more than $30 million a year, he was named top company agent for five consecutive years from 1985 to 1990.

A member of the Board of Realtors, the Othmans earned a leading Edge award in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 as well as the President Circle Club award in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Sam and his wife Eliza are third degree black belts in Karate. They enjoy gardening and, most of all, supporting there sons who play baseball competitively.
